Manager at Theatr Derek Williams, Y Bala

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to curate Theatr Derek Williams' annual creative programme. Applicants should have strong organisational skills, be proficient in managing budgets, and be capable of overseeing multiple projects at the same time. The ability to speak Welsh is essential. 

· Salary: £32,000 pro rata (on the Theatre payroll)
· Hours: 1.5 days per week (10.5 hours per week) with an annual hours agreement and TOIL arrangement in place
· Some weekend work and unsocial hours
· Location: Office at Henblas Centre, Y Bala and the option to work from home
· Trial period: 3 months
