This study was commissioned to help inform the Organisational Review of Arts Council of Wales.
The study aimed to clarify what external clients and partners required from a ‘new’ Arts Council of Wales. The focus was to be on exploring how the new organisation would serve the needs, and meet the expectations of, external clients and partners.
The research consisted of a qualitative approach to allow for a more in-depth examination of perceptions of the organisation. Methods used included interviews, focus groups and an online discussion group.
The report presents the main findings to emerge from the research.
