Lost in Dementia - Found in Art

An arts project aimed at people aged 50+ with dementia, and their family or carers.

What is Lost in Art?

Denbighshire Arts Service’s Lost in Art is a support project exploring the role of the visual arts in addressing issues which can affect people with dementia. These include social isolation, confidence, communication, quality of life and well-being.

Bangor University’s evaluation of the project identified a range of benefits which included suggested improvements in communication, mood, and memory.
