Arts & Minds is a new arts & regeneration programme in Blaenau Gwent centred on neighbourhoods that form part of the extensive housing stock of Tai Calon Community Housing, the largest social landlord in the region.

This creative initiative brings together Tai Calon, Head4Arts and Aneurin Leisure in a strategic partnership fusing the values of community housing with arts and culture — for the first time in the region.
At its most enlightened, Arts & Minds represents a welcome departure from conventional professional approaches to urban planning and managing and delivering environmental change, with contemporary artists leading the way in forging new approaches to neighbourhood regeneration and renewal.
