Grade B: Salary £20,550 – £24,990 pro rata depending on experience
This role is based in Cardiff

Team Co-ordinators within the Arts Funding Team are responsible for handling the day to day activities for all aspects of grants administration. They ensure that funding applications are correctly ‘logged’ and assured, that payments are handled efficiently and effectively, and that the outcomes of funded activity are correctly monitored and recorded.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role consisting of previous knowledge of grant management systems and a good working knowledge of analysing and reporting on data and grant schemes. A comprehensive understanding of financial monitoring and evaluation procedures is also required, along with proficient IT and administrative skills. Good Microsoft Excel skills are particularly important within this role.

The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise, working effectively under pressure is essential along with good communication skills and a commitment to high standards of customer care.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is essential for this post.
