Part time, 18.5 hours per week

Grade B: Salary £10,073 - £12,250 (£20,147 – £24,500 pro rata) depending on experience

This role is based in Cardiff.

The Team Co-ordinator within the Arts Development Team is responsible for handling the day to day activities of all aspects of a dynamic and busy team dispersed across Wales. They ensure that the team’s work is undertaken efficiently and accounted for properly and make it possible for us to function well.

The team’s work is very varied including all aspects of arts development, liaison with our National Advisers and grant making ranging from support to creative individuals to large scale arts projects.

The successful candidate will have proven abilities in IT and administrative skills and be passionate about our mission of putting the arts at the heart of the nation. The ability to work on your own initiative, to prioritise tasks and function effectively under pressure is essential. We are also looking for someone who has good communication skills and a personal commitment to high standards of customer care.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh is essential for this post.
